The journey of discovering the truest purity of ourselves is a journey of a lifetime. I have realised and remembered enough up to this point to reawaken to the inherent knowing that we are here to be connected with other beings and to truly be in connection with others, we must be connected to ourselves.
I have been (and am on) on a beautiful journey of shedding a life of disconnection; a life that wasn't serving my highest potential, my heart's highest vibrancy, my soul's deepest joy. I was challenged with anxiety and had times of depression, I sought external validation in relationship after relationship, I strived after the 'perfect life' desperately hoping when I arrived to this place, I would be happy.

You are so sacred. You are connected to all living things. You have come here in a time where there is a huge collective separation from the heart and from the natural world.
It is time to remember.
To remember how sacred you are. How sacred we all are. How sacred this earth is.
I specialise in guiding people to a deeper level of connection, communion and communication with themselves to harness the power of self acceptance, self awareness and self responsibility; alchemising all things through the portal of the Heart.

Joining a space with me is saying a huge yes to opening to more connection and more love. Many beautiful friendships and connections have been made at the events, ceremonies and retreats I have hosted. The power of the connections made at these events is because of the openness of everyone's hearts when they come into these spaces. I would love to share the magic of these gatherings with you.
